With offices in Maldon and Burnham-on-Crouch estate agent Curtis O’Boyle was founded in the late 90s by Anthony O’Boyle. Specialising in residential sales and lettings Curtis O’Boyle have been awarded Best UK Independent Estate Agency Office by the National Association of Estate Agents as well as being members of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents.
After establishing Curtis O’Boyle were interested in upgrading their aging phone system Steve Rowley conducted a thorough needs analysis and proposed a 3CX cloud telephony solution which offered the following benefits:

After installing full fibre broadband to both offices the 3CX installation commenced. Each desk was equipped with a Yealink T53 paired with the 3CX desktop app.
